The Government of Jamaica has received a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of the SECOND rural economic development intitiative (REDI II) project.  The Government of Jamaica intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to cover payments under the following contract: Yardy River Tours Adventures Limited Recreational Facility Construction, Westmoreland- Westmoreland

Scope:                                                 Construction works to include construction of a kitchen, multi-stall bathrooms (accessible to PWDs), Reception area to include an office and gift shop, provision of a tertiary level sewerage treatment system

Works Period: Five (5) months

Procurement Method:                      National Competitive Bidding

Eligibility:                                         A valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) or Tax Compliance Letter (TCL).

Availability of Documents:              Bidding document, Drawings, Specifications, BQ etc. will be available for download as of April 2, 2025, on the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement website at www.gojep.gov.jm

Submission Date & Time:                Bids must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm on or before May 16, 2025, at 12:00 noon. Late Bids will be automatically rejected by the system.
