The Government of Jamaica established the Jamaica Social Investment Fund (JSIF) to assist in its poverty eradication programme and has allocated funds to JSIF for the cost of the Integrated Community Development Project (Phase II). The Government now intends to apply part of the funds to cover payment under the contract for consultancy firm to provide Formulation/Design and Supervision of the Treadlight Integrated Infrastructure Project Phase 2 – Clarendon.

Scope: A consultant is required to undertake the Design and Supervision of infrastructure works within the project area to include but not limited to approximately 500m of new roadway, rehabilitation (cumulatively) of approximately 100m of roadway, water supply and distribution network, household connection, stormwater drainage and sanitation.
Selection Method: Quality- and Cost-based Selection (QCBS) method

Submission Date & Time: Bid must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm on or before Friday, January 3, 2025, at 12:00 noon. Late Bids will be automatically rejected by the system.
